AMEK Homes can assist to determine the size of your new home, making sure you stay within the budget. Home sizes are quoted in two parts, namely (a) square feet of living area, and (b) square feet of total area. Interior rooms such as bedrooms, bathrooms, studies, bonus rooms, game rooms, media rooms, libraries and gym rooms would impact the living area.
